Raised in Woodinville and Bellevue, Washington, where excellence was the baseline, Laurianne learned early to see the deeper meaning behind every life.

With more than two decades of leadership in healthcare administration and elder care, Laurianne earned her Associate of Arts degree from Seattle Central College, graduating at the top of her class. An honors student at Southern Oregon University in Business Management, she has distinguished herself with top academic performance. Yet her education extends far beyond the classroom. A lifelong writer and musician, she approaches leadership with the instincts of an artist—listening between the lines, leading with intuition, and elevating the everyday into something intentional, meaningful, and human.

She founded Whole Heart Elder Care with a singular vision: to create a boutique-level agency where every client receives care that is deeply personal, flawlessly executed, and grounded in dignity. Today, her company stands apart for its meticulous systems, exacting training, and unmatched continuity of care—hallmarks of her discernment in every detail. Laurianne does not seek the spotlight; she prefers to let her work speak for itself.
